Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on knitwear (except for manufacturing defects). All other products in our collections (Dresses, Jeans, Pants, and Tops) are eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Options
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We offer two return shipping options:
- Standard Return: Use any carrier of your choice (we recommend DHL or FedEx for faster processing)
- Free Return Label: Available for exchanges only (deducted from your exchange credit)
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Exchanges: We will ship your new item within 1-2 business days of return approval, using your preferred shipping method.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international returns, customs fees and import duties are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
Occasionally, certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
